Thanksgrilling - Friday Nov 25th / 5pm

Hey everybody,
Once again, Thanksgiving is upon us, where we commemorate the coming together of Indian and Pilgrim with turkey, tv, and digging up the family's emotion sore spots.
But what of improvisors? Don't we have a day to celebrate our coming together with leftover turkey, tired jokes, and a raging, unmanned grill? Of course.
Come celebrate Thanksgrilling with Erika and me (read: Bob) at our place not far from the Hideout, Andy, or Roy (the only improv places I know of). We're inviting improv peeps (and any grandparents) over to get together on a potential day off from work. Bring your leftovers, anything grillable, some drinks, whatever. We'll have some rudimentary grillables and a keg. And some tired jokes.
Bob & Erika's
800 James St. (map it -- close to El Mercado on S. 1st.)
5pmish (or thereafter) / Friday Nov 25th
Happy Thanksgrilling,
Bob.

Yeah, why not. I'm in. I hear these improvisin' types can be right wacky at times.
But, as I'm not planning on having anything left over (as my girth may have implied), perhaps I'll make a fresh batch of sausage balls or something.
new improv team name favorite, inspired by wes...

hey y'all,
i forgot to mention this previously, but this is open if you want to bring friends or invite anyone who doesn't check this board -- forward this note along. i didn't have email addresses for eveyone so i figured this would be an easy way to get the word out.
also, you are more than welcome to bring stuff to eat or drink or grill, but certainly do not feel obliged.
and i know the shows are going on that night -- we'll be going on before/during/after so feel free to come by whenever. Erika's emcee-ing the Cagematch so you could potentially get a ride to or from the Hideout if you need one.

One last note I forgot -- if you are able to or just happen to have one in the trunk of your car, bring a chair or something for outdoors. There's lots of room outside here but not a ton of chairs. If you're unable to, that's completely fine. We have some but could always use a few more...
Thanks!

Hey Andrea and everyone else, thanks so much for coming over! I had a great time too -- great to see everyone and meet so many people....
...and I need to thank Wesley for introducing me to the world of those sausage cheese biscuits. I may have even dreamt about them this weekend.
yes.
