The Hideout is producing 40 hours of back-to-back improv June 26-28 and we're not going to survive it without some serious help from anyone and everyone that loves us just a little.
We need tech, box office, ticket takers to run crowd control, fund raising facilitators to help out with the raffle and giving tree, food runners to keep the improvisers fueled up, photographers and videographers, and more.
I sent out emails to anyone and everyone I have contact info on, but if I didn't get you, you can PM me here or email me at
acrouch@gmail.com.
VOLUNTEER SCHEDULE can be found here:

I'll take a chunk of the food projects like:
Midnight Dinner
Early Morning Snack
Lunch
I'm willing to cook for the pancake breakfast as well, and can make meals for the tireless octuplets to order.
If you've been to an IFE party, you have a brief resume of my culinary arts.

I will proclaim from the rooftops Mike's culinary skill. My only concern is that we'll fall asleep into the most delicious food coma of all time after eating his creations.

Improv Wrangler--If y'all want, I can bring by dinner on Saturday and breakfast early Sunday morning. I can be in touch later to make sure I bring food everyone likes/can eat.

I will help out with food and tickets and stuff. I make neat eats.
I just need to check my schedule. I've never done Box Office before, but if you want to reain me, I'm sure I could take some shifts there, too.

Doing a movie or a play is like running a marathon. Doing a TV show is like running until you die.

Alas, I cannot do After School Improv tech on Saturday - have an all-day (& evening) screenwriting workshop. Kaci's on it to find a replacement.

I can help man the video camera, or do box/tickets. I'm pretty flexible as far as times go; I got no life other than watchin' and helpin' with improv!

I can do anything that doesn't involve food any time that doesn't involve having to pay for parking cause I got no monies for that. I'm experienced with a camera if you are just looking for people who know how to use one as opposed to someone who might break it *glares angrily...you know who you are*

I was thinking about the parking situation, and I think as long as you find a meter and throw a couple bucks into the meter on Friday afternoon, it should be fine. The meters are free on the weekends.

I can also do some Improv wrangling and I studied audio engineering in college so I can probably learn your set up rather easily if you run out of techs.

Meters are free after five pm on Fridays and free all day on weekends. It might get tricky on Friday and Saturday night from 9pm to 2am, but the rest of the time it should be all right.

And, on that note, there's $5 parking at the corner of 5th and Colorado, a block west and a block south of the Hideout, that I've yet to see get full.

It's it $5 a day or just $5 once?
