since living alone seems to have gone out of fashion, i've decided to start looking for a roommate.

i am looking to move into a house with a backyard in south austin. mainly, i would like my dog to have somewhere to run around. i also realized that my time in austin is finite and that i would like to live in a part of town other than north campus. SO...

my price range is about $600/month. i don't care that much about messes, but i'll keep things as neat as others like it. gender is not important to me. i work a lot, so i guess i'm looking for someone who is reasonably quiet and equally focused.

When are you looking to move? I have a friend moving to Austin in July.August who is looking for a roommate. It's a boy.

oh right. my lease is up in the middle of august, but i could sign something for august 1.

I may be putting a bid in on a place this weekend--if things work out (keep your fingers crossed for me).

It is a great location, with easy MoPac, 290, and 360 access. Rush hour can get a little backed up, but any other time it would be minutes from south congress, the Hideout, zilker, etc.
