Hey guys!

As you may or may not know, all this time that I've been doing improv here in Austin, I've also been a full time student! When I first joined Parallelogramophonograph I was a freshman and now I'm a senior...how time flies...
I've been studying art at St. Edward's University and I am finally graduating May 9th! This Friday the 17th is the opening for my senior exhibition (it's a group show).

Along with a couple of other students, I'm trying to do something different this year. Usually people just put whatever their best work from their classes was in the show, but I've been making completely new paintings since January. For my portion of the show I will be presenting my first themed series:
Food Paintings I: an Exploration in Delight, Pain, Temptation and Salivation

(psst, yeah, I know the year on the flier is wrong, it should say 2009. I think some student made it, hence the school colors and angst-y figure)

I feel like I've worked a long time to make it to this point, so I'm pretty excited about this show. I'd love to see you at the opening, you can stop by anytime between 6 and 8! There will be free food and alcohol!

Congratulations. We never, ever miss free food or alcohol, but we'll be seeing Amadeus and another SEU alumn as Salieri in FL.

Back in my day, the Fine Arts Center was the cafeteria, so this is very fitting.

I was really hoping that there was some time travel involved.

Totally very cool. I'm looking forward to getting down there (and bringing "my" Roy, who totally digs the fine arts).
