Do you guys have any exercises that never ever fail to delight and amuse?

The only one that fits this bill in my mind is Enemy/Defender (where everyone mills around trying to keep one specific person, their defender, between them and another specific person, their enemy). This works every single time; people are rushing and bumping and laughing and committed to the game.

Animal signs (not sure if this is the right name) Some random imps and I played this sitting on the sidewalk at Del Close several summers ago. I've used it in my animation classes as an icebreaker. It makes people giggle.

Sit in a circle. Everyone thinks up an animal, with an appropriate noise and hand signal to go with it. Easier if there are no duplicates. You then pass the noises and signs across the circle. You can eliminate after a practice round.

Ass Tag (run around and smack each other on the ass, duh) and Pgraph's "Jacque Chirac" (the mimicking a phrase/sound/body language around in a circle) never fail to make me laugh.
