Get Out Of Your Head Workshop, February 8th!
edit: Wow, there is only two slots left (and I haven't even sent it out to ColdTowne Students).... so I opened up a second one the following
Sunday, February 8th. at 2pm... limit 10 students.
Sunday, February 8th, 2pm-4pm TWO SLOTS LEFT!
ColdTowne Theater, 4803-B Airport Blvd.
GET OUT OF YOUR HEAD IMPROV WORKSHOP, $10
Limit 10 people
This workshop will center on focus and listening exercises to help you become more engaged in the moment, physical and mental exercises to unlock the wealth of ideas trapped inside your brain and even some Gestalt therapy and some good old-fashioned scene work. Students will throw out any baggage they have about screwing up and relearn what it is to play free and play sharp.
Your brain will be destroyed and reassembled, and made whole. That's the guarantee. I've taught this workshop to several people's acclaim here in Austin and at the Oberlin Improv Fest.
email jastroch [at] gmail.com or pm me to reserve your spot.

Not really, but I am available for coaching, etc... at (mostly) your leisure. Contact me to work something out. Thankee.
