Advertising Meeting - Next Wednesday (the 10th)?

OK, time for another advertising meeting. We are on a roll and we don't want to let up now! We have a lot to talk about.

So, who can make a meeting next week, on Wednesday the 10th, from 6:45 to 8:15? It is a new night for this committee, but hopefully it will allow more people to make it.

Also, who's up for an offsite?
We always meet at the Hideout, but would anyone rather meet at a restaurant or bar? Get dinner and drinks while we talk? If so, which one? Opal's may be good if we can get that small room to ourselves. There's also Noodleism, Silhouette, and other places downtown, too.

Let me know if you can make it, so we can set plans by Friday afternoon.

Free ticket campaign
new flyers
branding the shows
and much much more!

I would like to be part of this committee and have no conflicts as of now. May I suggest the Spiderhouse as a possible offsite location. I just dig the atmosphere there.

Though some day I'll make one of these meetings, I can't make it this time. I teach until 8:30pm. Last day of night class is Monday, May 15th!!!

This meeting is a go for tonight! Several people had conflicts, but no one had a more agreeable time in mind. So, come if you can becuase we have a LOT to discuss and plan and strategize!

We will be meeting at Spiderhouse at 6:45.

I thought those were always at 8:30. I didn't see any invite change. I specifically set this one to end by 8:15 so I could go to OoB!

PM with OoB details if you don't mind. Maybe I'll go to that one and leave early for the advertising one.

I feel like the advertising comittee is my online boyfriend. We chat online, make plans to meet, but we never actually get face to face. I'm not giving up on you yet, lover. One day I will meet with you. One day. . .

(Sorry for my crappy schedule. I really do want to come to these meetings one day)
