Yoga Retreat in Costa Rica with Lauren Zinn Feb 12-15

Dear friends, yogis and fellow dwellers of cold climate:

Happy New Year! I hope you all had a a great set of holidays there, whichever ones you celebrated. Mine were fabulous -- though, as always, a bit hectic with not a lot of "me" time, or "down" time... or "time" in general really.

It's one of the reasons I'm really looking forward to spending a long weekend on the beach in Costa Rica next month. As many of you know, I'm co-teaching a yoga retreat in Nosara from Feb. 12-15. And time is what's on the agenda -- along with
two yoga classes each day, set among the jungle treetops and overlooking the ocean.

And that stretch of ocean is one of the best surfing beaches in Costa Rica -- I've surfed a lot of them (or tried), and this one really is the best for learners. The waves are consistent, fun, catchable and really, really warm.

So treat yourself for 2009. And because 2009 may not be treating you like 1999, this is really affordable: $625 pays for ground transport from the airport, four nights' accommodation, welcome dinner, yoga classes, workshops on the beach and more. All levels are welcome -- there are two teachers and only 12 students total, so everyone gets individual attention.

We still have a handful of spaces left. Get more info or sign up at zinnyoga.com, and let me know if you have any questions. This is going to be an amazing experience -- I'd love to share it with you.

all my best,
laurenxx

PS: Please forward at will to anyone who might be interested -- thanks!
Lauren is an old school Hero of Comedy. See Shana Merlin for a glowing testimonial.

She lives in New York right now, but if enough people do this retreat we might be able to trick her into moving back to Austin.
