Call for Flyers for WaffleFest and beyond...

EMERGENCY call for volunteers to help hand out flyers tonight (11/3) during First Thursday on South Congress. Phil has put together a WaffleFest Flyer and we need to get the word out. I'll get some printed up and bring them along. All I need from you is a little time and charisma to help hand them out. Anyone who can help, let's meet at 8:00 outside Allen's Boots.

Also related to WaffleFest, we will need people to help flyer campus this upcoming week and maybe pass out flyers at the Nov. 12th football game. Stay tuned for more info.

Beyond Wafflefest we have A LOT of stuff going on and we need to get some word out. We have a new Cage Match show starting up, a Maestro show that has been pulling in good-sized (but not YET capacity) crowds. The Two-fer has added a third troupe to the line-up and we have a good schedule of who will be playing well in advance. And Trekkin' continues to explore new frontiers. In short: WE NEED TO ADVERTISE.

So, I'm looking for flyer ideas. I would love to have at least one big pre-Thanksgiving flyer push and one good early December push. We can flyer campus, another First Thursday and whatever else we can think of. So here's what I need from you guys:

--Flyer designs (for one, all, some, your own, or any combinations off shows)

--Locations and events to hit good crowds of people (like First Thursday, Third Thursday, football games, etc.)

--Dates for handing out and posting flyers. I'm thinking we can hit up campus on a Tuesday after the jam, but if another day works for people, let me know.

--Your e-mail address if you want to help out with future advertising pushes and promotions.
