Hey AIC!!!

I'm helping to coordinate the AIC Awards Potluck Banquet & Family Reunion meal to be held at Julie & Chris Lucas's house on Sunday, November 23 (the weekend before Thanksgiving).

Last year we had 70+ guests. We ask that individuals sign up to bring an item from the following categories. Post your contribution here on this thread. I'll PM you to confirm your dish, then add it to the master list so others know what we are lacking. Mix it up! Get creative! Share your family and cultural recipes!! The following are suggestions, but if you have something you want to share, we will add it to the list.

NOTE: If you bring a hot dish, you may want to bring a WELL MARKED something in which to keep it warm (if you have it) and a serving spoon/fork/etc

The AIC will provide a main dish as well as some drinks and things like plates, cups, napkins, and utensils. I have indicated these as AIC on the list.

I would like to produce an epic amount of mashed potatoes. One that defies all reason.

That was an offer, but I can throw some meat in mine if you've got signature veggie variation.

Cool - let's do one of each! I'll also do a home made mac & cheese (also no-meat).
