Director of Development
Position Summary
The Director of Development will create and implement fundraising strategies that increase and sustain Theatre Action Project’s support from individuals, corporations, and foundations. The Director of Development will help create a fundraising plan, solicit and write all grant applications, lead all public relation initiatives, coordinate and plan special events and create community collaborations.
The Director of Development reports to the Executive Director and supervises one part-time Development Associate.

Theatre Action Project (TAP) is an interactive, educational theatre company serving the Central Texas community. TAP’s mission is to create and promote socially relevant interactive theatre and educational programming that ignites community dialogue, self-discovery and social change.
