Speaking of racism within the community...
those loveable bastards the Coldtowne Heroes will be performing Hurricanes are Funny on Thursday.
This is their sketch show all about Katrina and her effects. I saw this one when they performed it the first time (my first experience with Coldtowne) and believe me, if you saw their Christmas show, this one is better. No offense to the "towneies", but in my own opinion, I thought this show was funnier, faster, and tighter. Perpahs becuase the subject matter was just screaming for it, plus, it's one of the few times I've seen a sketch show that I could actually feel on some sort of emotional level.
So. Point is. Support thursdays, and more importantly, go see this show because I know for a fact that it's fucking hilarious (if only for the cajun weatherman and the videos at the end!)
love,

we also need some solid feed back about the show since we are doing it in chicago at the end of the month and want to be super tight...so...feel free to give us pointers, ideas, critiques, etc.
happy to be back.
