- Out of Bounds is taking short film submissions for the First Annual DoubleÂ Eagle Short FilmsÂ Festival happening during OOB - Just send a link of your stuff to doubleeagle AT outofboundsimprov D OT com - Nothing over 10 minutes. Under 5 is your best bet. There is no fee to submit.
