AIC Pay Outs

Hi everyone,
Your friendly AIC treasurer here. I recently sent out checks via mail to all of the troupes that performed and had balances due to them and I had their necessary information (Tax ID / Address of designated recipient). These are payments for AIC shows (Threefer Madness / Double Barrel) only.

As many of you might remember, we are trying to move the AIC in the direction of a more legit artistic organization and while it's not a big risk for most people, we do want to do the correct tax reporting if any entity earns more than $600. If your troupe has not provided this information, please send it along to me at mpm167 "aht" gmail.com. It is stored in a password protected spreadsheet that is not shared with anyone, including other members of the AIC board. If you have your address, too, that would be great. It's been much easier to just mail out checks.
