Austin Improv

two of the four rooms in my Hyde Park house are freeing up July 1st and I am looking for awesome people to take over those two rooms. The house is pretty sweet. 42nd and Duval right near Quacks, Dolce Vita, Mothers etc. There is a breakfast nook and a big yard. My other roommate is a Grad. student at UT, he is studying Latin American Government and i think he may be the most polite person I've ever met. The house is kind of funny, but big and old and lovely. The rent is also pretty cheap for the neighborhood. if you are interested, let me know!

no pets. or at least no dogs for now. maybe cats. i would have to check. the smaller room is 375 plus bills the bigger room is $410 plus bills. no tv, yes wireless. the lease is till feb. 1st so ideally we are looking for peeps who can stay for the duration.

I haven't met you yet, Emma. Are you an improviser?

I've got a friend that just moved back to Austin after traveling the world for two years. Nice, sweet guy. Are you guys still looking?

i will vouch for emma's awesomeness. she is good peoples and has mad fashion sense.
