Austin Film Festival seeks interns
The Austin Film Festival is looking for interns from all walks of life -- we've got positions for marketing, film, education, radio, writers (we have a screenplay writing competition), all kinds of people. It's a year-round kind of thing so even though the Festival is in October we need people for Spring, Summer, and Fall. Intern positions are unpaid but do count with all the local colleges and have some pretty great perks, including all the parties and events put on by the Festival.
If you don't know anything about the Austin Film Festival, check it out: lots of great movies and moviemakers show up in October to populate Austin and hang out with the locals. This year we've already got Shane Black ("Kiss Kiss Bang Bang") and Jessica Bendinger ("Bring it On") confirmed. Maybe you'll be the one fetching them coffee in the Fall.
