In the Performance for Business Workshop, you will network with other professionals and business leaders while you get hands-on training in public speaking, facilitation, project management, creativity and more in a fun and safe environment.

In a world where change is constant, the best business leaders have the ability to improvise; they can think on their feet, adapt to change, and move forward through uncertainty. This experiential workshop is loaded with practical exercises and fresh insights to energize team interactions and improve creative problem solving skills. In addition to building listening, communication and presentation skills, we will also heighten your awareness and teach you how to be more playful, spontaneous and flexible when under pressure. You'll learn a number of icebreakers, group activities, and interactive facilitation techniques you can add to your bag of tricks and bring back to your company while having fun and networking with other attendees.

We'll draw from the brilliant treasury of enjoyable improvisational theatre games, not to learn how to perform, but rather to help you discover the secrets that improvisers already know about working effectively as a team that needs to produce quality work without all the time, resources, or information they need. No experience required, just a sense of humor. Come explore our fun and engaging exercises in a safe and friendly environment to improv(e) yourself!
