Wednesday March 22nd

7-8:30 pm

You will taste six Sauvignon Blancs from six different wine growing regions. Tasting and seminar will be hosted by Wiggy's owner Tim Kutach.
This grape produces some of the world's best whites. We will sample a wine from France's Loire Valley and Bordeaux, New Zealand, California, Chile, and Italy. These wines have a wide range of complimentary possibilities, especially with today's health conscious style cuisines featuring fish, shellfish, chicken, and vegetables.

Featuring Appetizers by Chef Adam Tyler

Chef Tyler will prepare meals in your home.

Here 's how it works:

Consultation - taste preferences, dietary restrictions, and nutritional goals are discussed.

Ship – After the menu is agreed upon, Chef Tyler will buy the food.

Cook/Label/Store – Your meals are produced in your kitchen, labeled and stored in your refrigerator.

I'd love to hire this guy and then make a big fuss about how I only eat corn fritters, catfish, hushpuppies, and for dessert those otter pop things.

"My ramen tends to come out either too chewy or too too stiff. Have any ideas for me, Chef Tyler?"

I think I will make brisket in a crock pot this week. Hmmmm, yes, it sounds doable.

If Chef T-Dawg knows how to combine my three favorite foods (Cocoa Pebbles, Melted Cheese and Fun Dip) into one
tasty meal, then I'll hire him yesterday.

Especially if I can freeze a whole mess of it for later meals.

Wiggy's actually sells some really good bottles of wine. Hell, they have Turleys for sale there! It's a FREE wine tasting. FREE. I'll garauntee you they'll have some sauv from New Zealand, which will easily rock your socks off. I prefer the Huia Sauv from NZ. Goddamn is it good. And with the weather getting warmer, this would make for a lovely evening for a date or a group of friends. Pay no heed to the 40 person limit. Just show up. They'll even give you a 15% discount on anyting in the store afterward. So if you're planning to stock up your booze collection, Wednesday night might be the perfect time.
