I bought a house!
and
Bryan and I got married!

(And as soon as we returned from the marriage/honeymoon we moved into the house and have been super busy since then trying to get the place all settled and now it's all holiday-time so we can't have a party until that's over.)

So to celebrate:

Lubu and Firth's
New House / New Marriage Party
Saturday Jan 12.

More details TBA. For now save the date.

Shannon, I can vouch for this. I know Bill Stern personally, and advise that you should DEFINITELY look him up when you go to Chicago.

Time:
9:00 / 9:30 / 10:00 / whenever the show you're in gets out.

We'll have some snacks and some drinks, but as is usually the case when crowds gather, more would probably not be wasted.

For some reason, I'm highly amused that the first item offered was a houseplant....

Be warned, the cat will eat any houseplants you bring. So if you find entertainment value in a cat eating a plant...

V

Then the old woman saw a cat and she said:
"Cat, cat, eat rat!"

"I will," said the cat, "if you'll give me a bit of cheese."

So the old woman gave the cat a bit of cheese, and then
The cat began to eat the rat,
The rat began to gnaw the rope,
The rope began to hang the butcher,
The butcher began to hill the ox,
The ox began to drink the water,
The water began to quench the fire,
The fire began to burn the stick,
The stick began to beat the dog,
The dog began to bite the, pig,
The pig jumped over the fence.

So the old woman and her pig got home that night.
