I approve of this name. I had a dog named Murphy, a collie/german shepherd mix. My only dog ever, actually. He lived at my dad's house. My dad raises cattle. When my dad and I went to feed the cows, Murphy would run down the road and leap onto the back of the truck to join us.

He was awesome.

Murphy is the name of the new troupe from the ColdTowne Conservatory!!

Their name selected them last night. You will never know another Murphy again.

We're still rehearsing, but the first show will be in late January or early February. You will surely hear about that when it comes around.

In case you don't know who is in the troupe, here they are in a very specific order:

Anthony Norton
Brent Foshee
Jennifer Micallef
Josh Krilov
Kerri Atwood
Kyle Sweeney
Lisa Jackson
Nick B (it's Polish and unpronounceable anyway)
Stephanie Russo

And featuring Justin York as "Coach"
