Austin Advertising Meeting and First Thursday

The next Austin Advertising meeting will be held Tuesday, March 21 @ 6:00 at the Hideout. As always come for the meeting, stay for the jam!

Items up for discussion will be:
--Free ticket campaign for conceirges and bartenders
--Helping find sponsors for the playbills
--Figuring out what to do with the A-frame
--Flyering and other marketing opportunities
--Helping out with Summer Camp promotions
--An Eye Toward OoB
--Promoting ways for troupes to promote themselves
--And of course, your very own ideas go here!

And First Thursday is only a few weeks a way. Last time we had a lot of people come out and hand out flyers for all of AIC as well as for specific troupes and shows like Parallelogramophonograph, Tight, and the Great Mundane. Help us help you by helping us.

i'm hosting a prospective student and won't be able to make it, unfortunately. please post the minutes so i can find ways to help!

I have rehearsal Tuesday 7-10. One day I will be able to make a meeting for this commitee I so desperately want to be a part of.
