Austin Improv

I need a roommate. You must like pets though, as I have a cat, a dog, and a bunny. All three are well mannered, and I take good care of them. Other than that it's a great place and you get the master bedroom with the walk in closet. I took the "den". Except for the master bedroom, the apartment is fully furnished. I have a microwave and a dishwasher. There is one bathroom, washer dryer connections (no washer/dryer though), and a balcony with a big tree growing by it. Parking is shaded because as there are so many trees, and you can park right next to the apartment. I think the place is wonderful, and I have the lease until February. I plan to renew.
