I cut back even further on the limits for length of membership & posts without URLs that trip up some new people trying to post to the Casting and Events areas. We'll see if that helps or hurts anything.
Also, I added a stealthy bit of blacklisting which hopefully will cut down on the number of bogus accounts from Russian and Chinese spammers I have to whack each night (3-10 per day.)
