halloween at book people

Post by Asaf »

We are invited to participate in the Halloween event at Book People doing some improv for the kids and their parents. The kids will be on the toddler side (ages 3-8). It is going to be on the actually day from 6-8pm.

The thought is that there will be some improvised storytelling with the kids, some being scary ghost stories and some being stories using the kids directly and revolving the stories around whatever they are dressed up as.

I am looking for 4-5 strong and enthusiastic improvisers. Who is interested?

We've got a Halloween Start Trekkin' show, so I'm probably out.

I think this sounds delightful :) I used to be a member of a story telling troupe back home. Although... those were real stories not improvised... still I think it'd be fun. I also think it would be fun to have the kids act out some of the stories.

let me know.

We are doing two twenty-minute sets. One is at 6:45, the other at about 7:30. I have the AIC banner and copies of the Wang Dang Doodle Hour flyer to distribute. Though I could use more fliers. If anyone wants to get them to me tomorrow.
