Hi. Do you need to move soon? OK here's one I know of:

Directly across from Zilker Elementary in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Lamar, Barton Springs, Zilker, bus routes (3, 338, 29), etc. 19 of the 21 units are lived in by owners.

Very friendly complex with dogs, young professionals, huge deck. There are tennis courts and a dog park across the street. Can negotiate a all-in-one pay for bills, if so desired. Lease for one year or longer. (500 sq. ft)
