The P! Company makes its live debut this Friday night at 8 at Coldtowne Theatre!!!
Join us as we transition from the realm of video to the realm of the LIVE. (While also incorporating elements from the realm of the VIDEO). We've prepared TWO different sketch/video/improv shows throughout October:
Show 1 [The P! Company and the Astonishing Datacube]
(Oct. 5, Oct, 12) will explore the internal politics of the P! Company and its fictional manager Mr. Shanghai, a powerful datacube from the planet Zeta Reticuli. Allegations that he is, in fact, not his own person but a shell for some malevolent cosmic entity are pure speculation. Featuring show-stopping musical numbers, the tragic death of a cast member, and public service announcements from the enigmatic Ryan Corporation, Show 1 promises to be a delight.*

*Guest Starring Jericho Thorp as Mr. Shanghai and Chris Trew as Brad
Show 2 [or The P! Company and the Spectacular Tunnel System]
(Oct. 19, Oct. 26) delves further into the abyss via a hilarious rendezvous with the Battlestar Galactica and a screening of the new-wave classic "Texas: The Final Frontier." Show 2 promises to delight!*
*With special guest Eric Seufert as Jimmy Suede(TM).
*Guest starring Leah Moss as The Wizardress
In the shows, we establish the P! Company's main rival: Austin Power, a fantastic sketch comedy troupe. Their inspired bits always end with hilarious Austin Powers quotes! Here's a scene of them in rare form at Coldtowne Theatre:

We're a sketch comedy group that embraces our nerd lifestyle and our background as filmmakers to create a fairly unique blend of humor that generally straddles the line high concept, absurd, and/or over the top humor. (* this definition of the P! Company is not a standard at which we hold ourselves- it merely gives an abstract representation of some elements that may be present in our stuff).
