Hey everyone!
So the UCB TourCo is coming to UT next Saturday as part of their "No Stink" College Tour sponsored by Febreeze.
UT's GigglePants is hosting them.
They're targeting college kids, but I thought I'd let the improvisers in Austin in on it. It's a FREE show!
It'll be in the Texas Union Theatre at 7:30PM on Sept. 22nd.
So make it on out if you can!!!!
And tell all your improviser buddies!!!!
Ok take care...

Super sweet. Too bad I'm going to be out of town. Austin's march to being a sweetass improv town continues apace.

My girlfriend, Steffany, and I built a small, temporary theater in Los Angeles last year and hosted a thing called the "Chicago Cup". We invited teams from Second City, ImprovOlmpic (now IO), Upright Citizens Brigade, and Bang! to participate and the two teams for UCB were in the finals and they kicked ass! Go see these guys. You will not be disappointed.

Lame, I already blew 110$ on Fantastic Fest tickets so my whole next week is planned to the last second.

And don't forget Rich Ross, a fantastic improviser, at the Hideout. Actually, all these choices make me glad I'll be in Marfa, not having to decide.

Family vacation. There and Big Bend and Alpine and elsewhere in deep West Texas.

That area (Marfa/Alpine) is very interesting but struck me a little bit David Lynch too. The size of the wind turbines you see driving out that way is mind-boggling.

Don't go to Marfa on a Tuesday afternoon. I made that mistake in July. Everything was closed and the whole place was a creepy ghost town. Not even the book store was open.
