hi - help copy a dvd?

Post by Rachel »

Is there some nice person who wouldn’t mind making some copies of a dvd?
....I'll provide the blanks of course

Are you talking about the You're Fat show DVD? I can make another copy of it, if you like.

I'm having trouble finding software that can rip the DVDs I made for some reason.

Roy - yes, Jill asked me to send her a copy.
You are amazingly generous. Thank You!
...by the way does "rip" mean to copy?

No, not really. Ripping is actually taking the video off a DVD and putting it on your computer. Copying is making an exact copy, so that might be easier, but I'm not sure. But it's easy enough for me to make another copy off the tape, either way, so I'll do that.

Hey, Roy, have you tried MacRipper? You can download it for free and it kicks ass.
