So many out-of-towners at ColdTowne Theater this weekend!

Post by taminelson »

Hi all - We are lucky this weekend!

...wait...first we are sad because justin york, chris trew and michael jastroch are all out of austin this weekend.

BUT THEN WE ARE LUCKY! Because of this we were able to invite some badass friends from around the globe to join us on stage!

Jose (Galapagos) from Phoenix will join Arthur & Tami Friday (and hopefully Saturday) night! Rumor has it Jesse Parent could join us Friday ... who knows?

++PLUS++

Michael Garcia (Massive) & Allison (from Neutrino Project and recent Houstonian) will join ColdTowne Saturday night 10pm.

Lucky.

I think he's moving at the end of the summer.

I think he mentioned that the last time F Squared played the Hideout. Speaking of, they're a sweet troupe. Check them out at OoB!

Thank you to ColdTowne for being the Tyson Chicken Corporation to my grubby-pawed ankle-biter.

I've been trying to post this a million times but this board is smarter than me, so as to thwart legitimate spammers*, but do the science on your own!:

What the ... ?!

In addition to the normal marshmallows, it appears that someone's added a magnet (possibly a turkey neck), an ovary or gall bladder, and a misshapen creme brulee or meringue. This lepre-child offends Me - I shall turn him into a pillar of bran for his apostasy.

Wow, thank you, Old Testament Admin for making all of my picture posting dreams come true!

My favorite part of that picture is that the kid is either really super-excited or pretty horrified.

Similarly, I will have you know that last night's show with Tami Nelson, Jesse Parent (SLC!), Arthur Simone, and myself (PHX!) was both super-exciting and horrifying.

God gave rock n roll to you and, last night, a humble table gave its life for us.

Tonight, who knows what kind of furniture we'll sacrifice to Our Lady Improv!
