I wanted to throw some praise out there for the directors of the last few weeks. Besides generally running good shows, it's what happens before showtime that I want to applaud. It's awesome to see casting threads go up on Monday or before and a set cast list usually in place by Thursday morning. I think some have even been up earlier! That's downright amazing compared to what was happening not too long ago. What's even better is when directors use some spillover volunteers to fill out the tech booth and box office. There's a huge amount of teamwork and respect in these things. As I player, I greatly appreciate this and it looks like others do as well based on how quickly people volunteer to be a part of shows and how good shows have been lately.
