This was a message that I received from a gentleman who runs a cable access TV show in town.
Thank you for replying. Yes, we'd love to host your team on my live one-hour Wednesday night show on Austin's community access Ch. 10. We've seen some of the Collective in action, and for us it is just a matter of scheduling a Wednesday night when your group would be available to perform. We'll cablecast live to Austin, and burn a DVD for you in the following week. We will also put up your website and other contact info at the bottom of the TV screen.

Email me if you are interested in making this happen.

Loosely related, Eric Garcia is seriously looking into cable access TV and running his own show. I don't know if others can match his love for obscure local programming.

yes sir...i do love obscure local programming...is this for the Sacrebleu show? He featured the Cola Sisters (of cable access fame) on his show a few weeks ago that got a mention in the Chronicle.

I want to get my own show up someday, but the classes are during the day when work is happening.
