Why is the venue not mentioned on the website?

I was just looking at the OoB website and the location of the Festival, the actual address, is... not there. Am I wrong?
"The Hideout" is mentioned on the schedule but not where it is or what it is.
What it be?

That is a good question - I'll get someone on that.
It's likely that since most of the festival staff are way too familiar with the venue, that it sort of slipped our collective mind that not everyone knows where it is. Also, it could be that our web mistress has been mad busy of late. Regardless, we'll get it fixed...

Okay but how would you get there from the front page? I don't see that series of links that would lead you there. Oh I found the links. They are kind of lost in the graphic. Are they supposed to be onm the blue swoosh? They are kind of lost between words and the blue.
Also as someone from New York that is a seriously awful forum icon. I can't stop watching it.

Yeah, you're right. The tetris icon is amazingly awful. How's this one?
As for the links, it depends on what browser you're using. Under Firefox under linux the links are lost in the image but apparently they show up in the blue bar under IE or whatever the site is tested with.
Regardless, I'll see if we can make the venue location a bit more prominent, answering 'what, where, when, and how much' all on the front page.

More cowbell is always appropriate.
Thanks for looking into the whole links thing. I was sending people to the site and they were all overlooking the bar.
Thanks again!
