Low Cost Printing for Posters?

I've got a giant poster designed for the front case at the Hideout. It looks like this:

If anyone knows a less painful and cheaper way of printing it at a giant size than going to Kinkos, please share your wisdom with me. My giant poster hook-up is out of commission for the summer.
