From the Out of Bounds Improv Festival and Miniature Golf Tournament:

Looking for a Labor Day Weekend Rental property to house out of town artists and be a party location for the 6th annual Out of Bounds Improv Festival taking place August 28-September 3, 2007. We would most likely be interested in renting Fri thru Sun nights, possibly Thursday depending on the artist's travel arrangements.

The headquarters for the festival is at 7th and Congress, so as close to that as possible is what we're interested in. Anything beyond Ben White, Airport, 183, or Mopac is no bueno.

We are a non-profit organization dedicated to raising the visibility of improv in Austin and putting on great comedy shows. We bring in internationally touring artist's to help us accomplish this, and we'd like to put them in a decent housing situation instead of some impersonal, non-Austin feeling hotel.

In addition to payment, we can offer two free festival passes which would get two people into any and all of the shows all week long. We could also arrange a sponsorship trade if that's your situation.
