Nope, the Hideout is dark, owing to the Republic of Texas Biker Rally.
PGraph plays every Thursday at 8pm! https://www.hideouttheatre.com/shows/pgraph/

Why is the hideout dark instead of doing an "all biker" show?

Because people can't even find their way into The Hideout without getting leather burns and exhaust faces.

Not that I don't dig the bikers. Just that they get something like 54 city blocks to play in. Now that I think about it: Friday's are the worst b/c they have the parade downtown, but on Saturday most of them are out at the Expo Center parrtying with Foghat. I think Saturday could almost work for Micetro...only if they don't block off the block that night...can't remember if they do it Friday only or Saturday too...

On a tangential note, I had one of my favorite moments in Austin last year during this time of year because it summed up a lot of Austin for me up to that point.

I was on the South Congress bridge, waiting for the 100,00 or so bats to fly out. I hadn't seen them yet and thought I'd finally watch them fly with the crowd of spectators that had gathered. Most of the crowd was made up of tourists. As I sat waiting for the sun to set to watch the thousands upon thousands of bats fly out from under the bridge, bikers drove by, revving their engines. Without much warning, there was a gay rights parade on the bridge. Some bikers began roaring their engines louder and louder. A teenage girl near me said she thought the bikers were being rude to those in the parade, and I had to explain to her that the gruff-looking men on the motorcycles were actually lesbians and part of the parade.
