Volunteers Needed for 8pm show on Friday

Parallelogramophonograph is the host troupe this Friday.
Unfortunately, 4 of the 6 kittens are in the Threefer with Hoover's Blanket.

Is there anyone who can volunteer to help us to do...er...whatever the host troupe has to do? I guess that's sell tickets, take tickets, host, and sell tickets to the 10pm show (am I forgetting anything else?)

Once the Threefer is done, I think my troupe's got everything covered.

there were some students in the level one class who wanted to volunteer. andy has they're contact info. talk to him.

I almost feel stupid for having to ask this, but is there a list of the host-team requirements somewhere?

I know we need to run box, lights/sound, collect tickets, clean/straighten up the theatre before the shows...what else?

I thought the Scheduling Committee had the master list of duties. It really should be written down and posted somewhere so we limit the number of redundant questions for Jon. He deserves only the freshest and most unique questions we can imagine.

I'll be up there Friday to do notes for Wooden Nickel in the 10 pm show, but I can be there early to help out.

a message from your scheduling committee:

the host team is responsible for provding:

a light/sound person
a box office person
a ticket taker/usher
a host (this will change in march when we start scheduling hosts)

for all three shows.

if anyone needs help supplementing their team's hosting responsibilities, let me know.

Speaking of scheduling committees...when will we find out about the March/April schedule? I might need to organize soe things soon (like with deaf interpreters) and I'll need some dates.

hello,

i am actually doing the giant math problem (wink to andrea) that is the schedule, in excel--right now-- in another window.

i will be presenting a rough draft to the scheduling committee monday evening at kirby lane, get some feedback and make any changes i need to, in order to have the thing posted and presentable hopefully by wed. the 15th, but definitely by 3fer showtime on friday the 17th.

in the meantime, saturdays at 8 reamin open for march and april. if anyone has the gumption to mount a 4 or 6 or 8 week show in that time slot (caveats: advertising&supportstaff are mainly up to you + 1/2 the door goes to the hideout) (upsides: raising your groups profile, exapnding your group's horizons, learning experiences a plenty)please notify myself, Andrea, Rachel, CJ, Chris Trew or Andy c. immediately.
