this is a very low tech gadget that cooks food with just the power of the sun!

i don't suppose someone handy with gadgetery could help me make a solar oven in the next few days?

i see some plans online.. but they look complicaty to me.

Years ago, I bought a book called Roughing it Easy. It has all sorts of camp cooking ideas I've been meaning to try out. I think it has a solar oven in it as well.

i found 2 simpleish plans..
one of which is called the minimum solar box cooker

There's a bill nye the science guy episode where they cook a large amount of meat in a solar oven.
They call me Dollar Bill 'cause I always make sense.
