Hey y'all,
two quick things.
first, Erika and I painted the bathroom last night. Palm Leaf was the winning color. One coat was applied last night (damn that ceiling's far up!) but I'm thinking we'll need another. Once it completely dries, I think that shit brown color underneath will show through a little. So, I just wanted peeps to know that it's painted but not fully done -- another coat to come.
second, I wanted to thank Jon Hunt (aka yodApollo) for graciously donating a monitor for the lightbooth's computer. The flat screen in there seems to have died, so this is a welcome replacement. now, does anyone have an adaptor for plugging an old 9-pin monitor into a newer 15-pin montor-in port (Bob A, I'm looking in your direction). the monitor has no attached cord, just a female 9-pin port. I wanted to ask on the board to see if anyone's got a spare before we spend $15 at CompUSA or whereever. this will get us that much closer to videos and projection.
Thanks,
b

You shouldn't go to CompUSA. Go to Altex up north on I-35. 832-9131.
They'll be cheaper. I guarantee it.

I actually have the cord. I forgot to bring it when I dropped off the monitor. If I don't have time today to bring it in, I'll bring it tomorrow when I come up to the Hideout around 6pm or so.
