I posted this in my livejournal sometime back, but I know some of you are looking for places, too. I bet you could talk them down significantly.

Please, someone buy this house:

and this house:

520 Sacramento Dr.

I have a plan.

I estimate there are about 20 houses total on Sacramento Dr. If I can get people I know/cool people to move into about half of these houses, we could turn plucky little Sacramento Drive into Happy Fun Land Blvd., have festivals, art shows, and so forth, and become one of the hip/cool places in Austin. Then if we get tired of it we can turn around sell our houses for gross profits.

Just a thought.

What if when we buy/build our improv theatre we do it at the corner of Sacramento and South First?

problem solved.

I have purchased both homes with a new 0% APR, no annual fee credit card that i got in the mail yesterday.
I've also mailed a notarized request to the City of Austin to change the name from Sacramento to Happy Fun Land Blvd.
I paid for the notarizing with a different "No Payments until June '07" card I got in the mail today.

Also, I can't find my pills.

My friend is dating the woman who is in charge of street name changes for the city. You have to have a two-thirds approval from residents or something like that to change a steet name. Very doable.

well, we have other problems. both my sales fell through on the houses and the City said that my stamping "Property of Beard" on a sheet of paper is not notarizing.
whatever.
I'm going to continue this crusade against the City and if I have to go to the Supreme Court of Texas, then I will enjoy pleading my case to the highest court in the land.

I'll keep you posted.

ps - does anyone want to form a Special Interest Group for improv with me to lobby state and federal officials?

Too far south, I think.

I do like them though. How many rooms?
