need help with InDesign

I was in the process of updating a resumé but am having trouble opening the file in InDesign because of some vague Plug-In error.

Can someone open the file below for me and save it in the current InDesign as well as a PDF in case I need to redesign and then can pull the text?

What version of Indesign? I have CS.

This was designed in CS.
