Swingtown

SWINGTOWN
Third Coast Extras is taking appointements for extras
to come by and
get their digital photos taken to be considered for
extras work on the
CBS television show "Swingtown." To set an appointment
to come by to get
your digital photo taken on Friday, March 2nd or
Saturday, March 3rd
between 10am-5pm please call the casting offices at
512-472-5385 x 1 and
state that you are calling about "Swingtown" when you
call. Please do
not send electronic submissions or links to webpages
to be considered
for this project.
Casting offices are located at 501 North IH 35
Austin, Texas 78702 (
located just off of the east side of IH 35 at the
access road and EAST
5th street). We are in the blue 906 building so please
use the intercom
system in order for us to buzz you in.
Filming will occur during the Spring Break holiday,
Monday, March
12th- March 19th. Extras will be selected and used for
specific days and
times during these filming dates and will be scheduled
according to what
is needed for these scenes.
Location is in Austin and pay is the standard $75/12
hours. As always
lunch will be provided.
Male and female extras from 18-40 years of age are
needed for high
school scenes as well as adult scenes with a 1970's
look. "Swingtown" is
set in 1976 so hair should be longer length and
mustaches and sideburns
are things we will be looking for when casting
authentic looking 1970's
extras for this project. Male extras are encouraged to
start growing
their facial hair and sideburns NOW if they would like
to be considered
for
work on this project.
TALENT FORM & PHOTO
You may come dressed in your 1970's clothing if you
have it, if not
then come
by to get your digital photo taken anyway and if
possible bring a hard
copy photo of yourself along with your completed
talent form.
If you are unable to come by the offices on March 2 &
3rd and would
like to be considered for this project you may print
out our talent
form and mail it to with your non-returnable photo
to our offices.
