They just sent this out at my work, and I thought we could get a group together and do this. Free publicity too perhaps? Thoughts?

If you haven’t heard about it already, you probably will. Relay For Life of Cedar Park/Leander is taking our community and the fight against cancer by storm. As the signature event for the American Cancer Society, Relay raises dollars to help the American Cancer Society save lives, help those touched by cancer, and empower people to fight back against this disease. Through the money raised at Relay, the Society is accelerating the progress against cancer.
You can become a part of this amazing movement to end cancer. Please join us for the kickoff celebration for the Relay For Life of Cedar Park/Leander being held on January 23, 2006 at Main Event Entertainment starting at 7:00pm.
If you are as excited as we are and want to start fighting cancer and Relaying right now, you can visit our official Relay For Life Web site. Go to the site to sign up and begin collecting donations online! Click here <www.acsevents.org/tx/relay/cedarpark> to register your team today and get a jump-start on the Relay season. The Cedar Park/Leander Relay for Life is being held May 5 & 6 at Cedar Park High School. Please direct any questions you may have to Gena Girardeau, Event Co-Chair via lotus notes.
More people than ever before are surviving cancer. Here’s your chance to recognize those survivors and honor the memory of friends and loved ones in your community. Attend the Relay Kick-Off to sign up for this celebration of life. Get your team together, learn how to become an event volunteer and sign up for the Cedar Park/Leander Relay For Life. Bring a friend to attend this celebration to kick-off our 2006 Relay season in Cedar Park/Leander. Hope to see you there!

Thanks, Jay.
I've participated in the Round Rock relay for life 5 times in the past 8 years, and I think it's very worthwhile. I'd be all for participating again, especially with a fun group like Austin Improv. The more people that participate, the better the event.
...Wait, that's on the first Friday of May, which is also No Pants Day. hmm...That could be conflicting.
What about the Round Rock or Austin area Relay for Life events?
