Thanks to everyone who came out and spent their hard earned cash to help fund Girls Girls Girls and Coldtowne as they travel to DSI this week.
The shows were great, the beer was sooooo good and the music was hoppin' so thanks Orf, Bob and Erika, and Jastroch! Thanks too, to Asaf for warming up the crowd, Shana for her Karaoke and Jason for Guitar Hero. All of us appreciate all the volunteers who helped us last night!
We had fun AND we made some money to help us on our way to DSI. Deep, deep thanks to everyone!!

And a special shout out to Jastroch and McNichol and their analog/digital battle of the funk.

I had to leave before the battle was decided...
What was jastroch's secret weapon?

It's rare and unreleased. You probably haven't heard of it.

That party and the shows fucking rocked. I would pay good money for more of Orf's spiced beer.
I suck at karaoke. Don't let anyone know.

That was the last of the batch that was consumed at the party, which incidentally had some of the best party dancing music I've heard at a party in a long time. It sure beat the the hell out of the DJ sets at the last three weddings I attended. Shana, consider hiring Jastroch and Bob for your reception.
The Solstice Spiced Ale is a seasonal brew, so y'all will unfortunately have to wait until next November or so for more of that tasty nectar. Jesse, you can put in your order and reserve some--I'll even ship it to Utah in a UPS ground service box labeled "yeast samples."
Great sets, GGG and CT. Loved the mannequin dance, the crippled man posing with a child's wee wee for a cameraphone photo, all of it.

They did a mannequin dance, in their mannequin pants!
Favorite part.

That was a night full of great moments. The shows, the dancing, the beer, the beautiful people running all around.
One of my favorites was absconding with Tami and the cash box to the bathroom where we counted it all out on the floor. Mmmm. Money.
