2.4.07 General Body Meeting

by deroosisonfire
We have Big Things at this meeting, so I am starting this early.
The agenda will be posted by 1.28.07 - 1 week before the meeting. So, my deadline for agenda items is midnight on 1.27.07.
Artistic Director/Managing Director positions - please announce your candidacy here
Compensation for AD/MD - proposals go here; this will likely require a new budget, so new budget proposals may go here as well
$$ to AIC vs. Troupes - proposals go here
Other agenda items?
I respectfully request that announcements of agenda items, proposals, etc. go here and that discussion of these things happen elsewhere.
Hearts!

I would like to discuss my plan to get improv into a couple of the high schools and see how that will help the AIC and how the AIC can help make it happen.

of course! the meetings are open to all members of the aic*. 1pm, hideout green room.
*current aic members were grandfathered in. if you didn't get an e-mail about this then bob a. doesn't have your address. ask him to add you to the roster. new members must go through application process that involves playing with an aic group/show for 3 months and receiving backing from 2 aic members.

I propose that the AIC be considered as if it were a performing troupe. That is, getting 1/4 of the net from the Threefer, 1/3 of the net from the Double Barrel, no change for the Cagematch. net = gross - (Hideout cut) - (house manager cut.)
Other agenda items?
Bob manages the Threefer.

I would like to discuss The Blank Show briefly. I have a couple of questions about it before taking it on.
Also, someone told me that the meeting would run 1-4pm. I will have to leave by 3pm because I did not realize the meeting would run longer than two hours and I scheduled auditions. Hopefully the schedule will allow me to discuss my two topics before then.

Maybe move the Blank Show stuff to the front of the meeting and the AD/MD/deedeedeedee stuff to the end? The latter is likely to take the most time so better to get everything else out of the way first.
