hey fellow improvisers.

tonight marks the last show of December run at Coldtowne Theatre for "McNichol and May: Guided by Videos".

if you haven't seen it, you should!

if you have see it before, see it again (we've rotated in new videos)!

not back yet? tell a local friend to come!

about the show:
using video clips from the public domain (mainly pulled from Chunklet magazine's lost and found collection - http://www.5minutesonline.com/ and the Prelinger archives) we perform sketchprov - 'beated out" scenes that draw heavily on improvisation, using the videos for inspiration.

a couple of the videos in the mix are:
- "Mehu Don": a bollywood musical featuring a JamesBond ripoff
- A japanese TV "Fear Factor" with a guy getting launched over chasm by rockets
- An excerpt from "The Titticut Follies" (a since banned documentary about criminally insane mental patients) that would make David Lynch blush, and
- TV's being smashed. SMASHED I SAY!

this is the show we performed at this years Out of Bounds to a sold-out audience, and they dug it a lot.

we'll also be hanging out afterwards and drinking wine from the bottle, so do join us.

Are you going to do more guided by videos shows? Because I just got something that's a little bit incredible.
