Improv Olympic - Armando with Mick Napier
HA! This was a "fun" night. I & my folks just got back from Improv Olympic's "Armando Diaz Experience". We are here in Chicago on vacation and I wanted to see some improv, so we got tickets. And who turned out to be the guest star monologist? Mick Napier. Who was sitting 3 seats down from my dad? Charna Helprin. Who was in the show? Lots of people that I recognized but I don't know their names, except Joe Bill (2 other's I've seen in Sonic commercials). However, it was rather "blue" with Mick talking alot about sex and drugs and my dad didn't appreciate that, couldn't laugh at it, and so it was weird, too. And though I thought the show was funny and overall fun, it was hard for me to enjoy it when my dad was not having fun. Yet, I still say it was fun. And my mother agrees, and the full house laughed heartily, so it wasn't just me. Hm.
