Garage apartment in south Austin

We'd like to let a good friend in on a deal on a garage apartment. We'd very much welcome your referrals, as this is a few feet from our home - we want a good neighbor & tenant.
Pictures are at our notice on craigslist. We think it should be available for viewing, if we're lucky, this Wednesday. Ready for move in Jan 1.
