It's that time of the week again! Huzzah!
Tonight is the jam from 7-10 at the Hideout Theatre. Recently attendance has been growing and we've worked on a wide variety of skills from game theory to status to emotions to realism.
If you want to just jam and have fun with improvisers of all experience levels, including many up and coming stars new to the community, I encourage you to come on by and participate.
Tonight I'd like to run some exercises along the themes of space work (mime work), defining the environment, and justification with a peppering of anti-blocking skills sprinkled throughout.
I hope to see you there!
Tuesday Night Jam - 12/12/06
Listings of upcoming shows, classes, and other events.

Well, if you weren't at the jam, you missed out once again!
We had about 10 people come and go over the night, including several news faces. Will, from Boston and Tom from LA as of late, but with a long and sordid history of improv in Chicago, among them. Oh, and Meg, a long-form player from New york who has played a Maestro or two here, but is still kinda new to the Austin scene.
Christina and I took turns running exercises dealing with space work and setting the environment. Plans are already in the works for next week's theme and structure. It's gonna be a blast.
Hope to see you there!
