THE AIC IS NOW LOOKING FOR YOUR AVAILABILITY FOR
THURSDAYS AND FRIDAYS IN JANUARY AND FEBRUARY

THURSDAY NIGHT SHOWS

THURSDAY NIGHT AWESOME
8pm

Ed Sullivan-style Variety and Talk Show.
Featuring Stand-up Comedy, Improv and Sketch groups, Live Music, Magicians, Dance Troupes, Performance Art, Slam Poetry, Short Films and interviews.
Chris Trew is your host.

15-20-minute team slots for improv and sketch teams
5-10-minute solo slots for standups, musicians, magicians, dance troupes and short films




FRIDAY NIGHT SHOWS

FEB 2, FEB 9, FEB 16, FEB 23


IMPROV THREEFER
8pm

Three teams . different styles. A poo-poo platter of comedy.
New improv teams, Old Pros, Troupes from Other cities, Sketch Comedy, Experimental Forms.

25-minute slots for improv and sketch teams***
*** (two shows or more scheduled in the 8 or 10 pm shows requires you to one Friday Night Hosting Duty---see below)


DOUBLE BARREL IMPROV
10 pm

Two of Austin's Premiere AIC Troupes.
Roy Janik and Kaci Beeler host with a western flair.

35 minute slots for AIC AFFILIATED TEAMS***
*** (two shows or more scheduled in the 8 or 10 pm shows requires you to one Friday Night Hosting Duty---see below)



CAGEMATCH
11:30 pm

Two teams enter. The audience votes.
One team wins the right to retunr next week to retain their title.

22 minutes slots for Anyone with a team/act name and a dream.
(you are required to return for every week after winning, until you are defeated.)



***FRIDAY HOSTING DUTIES***
7:30pm-1am


(REQUIRED ONCE FOR EACH LOCAL TEAM WITH AT LEAST TWO SHOWS SCHEDULED IN FRIDAY SHOWS)

HOST TEAMS will be in the command of Ann who will be present each Friday
to Supervise and make sure you are keeping the place clean and functional.
It's our playground. Let's help make it awesome.
Duties include:

 MCing The 3-fer
 MCing The CageMatch
 Providing a Tech person for all 3 Friday Shows
 Providing Box Office Person for all 3 Friday Shows
 Having someone take tickets outside the theatre door.
 Helping to clean the greenrrom and theatre before/between/after shows
 Providing snacks for Teams and yourself (optional)



When you reply, please include the following information:
1. Name of Troupe
2. Your Main Contact's Name/ Phone number/ E-mail address
3. Which time slots/shows are your team’s preferences.
4. Ideally, how many shows would your team prefer to schedule over the two months.
5. Which dates your troupe will be available to perform
6. Which dates your troupe will be available host.

for example:
Team Awesome is available to perform for up to 3 shows on: Thursdays.Jan 18 and Feb 16 or Fridays Jan 19, 26 and Feb 16
We can host any of those dates too, but would prefer to host on Feb 9
We like the Three-fer slots, but would like to one Thursday Night Awesome as well.
Team Awesome would also like to enter the CageMatch under the name Kick Ass.
