Julie's Mom's Awesome Cranberry Orange Relish
This is a raw cranberry sauce full of fiber, vitamin C and antioxidents and its really good.
1 bag fresh cranberries, washed, with any bad cranberries discarded
1 medium sized orange, seeded and chopped (including the rind)
1 cup sugar (more if you like it sweeter, less if you like it tart)
Blend in a blendy thing, all ingredients, until very finely chopped.
Will keep for 1 week.
Good for your kidneys!
